2025 Paddle Australia Canoe Ocean Racing Championships

The MAKAI Cup is a big OPEN OCEAN event of approximately 22km along a very isolated stretch of coast and your safety on the water is paramount.

MAKAI Cup has a two day window allowing for the best opportunity to get the SAFEST conditions.

Preference will ALWAYS be given to the Saturday.

The MAKAI Cup is for experienced paddlers only – no first timers. For any first timers we have the Mini MAKAI 10 race.
