A total of 22 nominations were received across the Junior, Open and Master Paddler of the Year, Club Coach of the Year, Instructor/Guide of the Year, Volunteer of the Year and Award of Merit categories. The nominations are now being reviewed by the Awards Judging Panel, with the winners to be announced online on Tuesday, 1 September 2026. The winners of the Club Coach, Volunteer and Instructor/Guide of the Year awards will progress as Paddle Queensland’s nominations for the Paddle Australia Annual Awards.
Nominations for all other national award categories must be submitted directly to Paddle Australia as the nomination period for the national awards are from the 16th September 2025 to the 30th September 2026. For more information click here.
