All Paddlers Welcome: Upcoming Events for 2026 and 2027

Paddle Queensland’s upcoming calendar offers plenty of opportunities to get on the water, connect with fellow paddlers and enjoy competition. From club races and community events to state and national championships, there’s plenty to look forward to as we finish 2026 and head into 2027.

Finish 2026 on the water

October brings the Broadwater Bash, Race the Bay and the first round of the QLD Summer Series for canoe polo.

November continues with outrigger racing at the Pan Pacs Masters Games, the Island Ocean Paddle and the PQ Canoe Polo Champs.

December features the PA GP1 & Oceania Champs, the opening round of the AUS Summer Series for canoe polo and Round 1 of the SEQ Island Va’a Series.

Get ready for 2027

The new year brings further rounds of the SEQ Island Va’a Series, QLD Summer Series and AUS Summer Series, alongside Ready.Set.Paddle programs and major canoe sprint and canoe polo competitions.

Highlights include the PA Canoe Sprint and Canoe Polo Championships in March, followed by the PQ Paddlefest & State Champs in May and the PA Paddlefest & National Champs in June.
