| New-look voucher with QR CodeAs part of our commitment to continuously improve the Play On! Sports Vouchers program, we are launching a Digital Redemption Trial once vouchers open next week. The trial will test a new QR code functionality designed to streamline voucher processing and reduce administration for activity providers. A small group of selected activity providers will participate in the trial and provide feedback on their experience using the new functionality. As a result, you will notice that Play On! Sports Vouchers issued from Monday will include a unique QR code. The QR code is only functional for activity providers participating in the trial. If your organisation is not part of the trial, please continue redeeming vouchers using your existing processes. There are no changes to how parents and carers apply for or use Play On! Sports Vouchers. The trial is an opportunity to test a potential enhancement to the program, with feedback from participating providers helping shape future improvements for all activity providers. |
