Further to the National Integrity Framework training sessions delivered to Clubs late last year, Paddle Australia (PA) now invites your Club Committee members and Member Protection Information Officers to attend an online follow-up training session about important changes to PA’s integrity, disciplinary and grievance policies.
In this session, Clubs will learn about the updated process for managing misconduct and interpersonal conflict under the following policies:
- National Integrity Framework
- Code of Behaviour Policy
- Personal Grievances Policy
Clubs will benefit from practical guidance (including case studies and common pitfalls to avoid) and understanding the support available from the PA National Integrity Manager.
We kindly request that at least one key representative (eg President/Vice-President/Secretary) and/or relevant official (eg Member Protection Information Officer) attends on behalf of your Club, however, we strongly encourage multiple representatives to attend if possible.
