Supporting Stronger, More Sustainable Paddle Clubs Across Australia
Paddle Australia and the State Paddle Associations are excited to announce a new partnership with CLUBMAP to deliver a dedicated Club Development Program for paddle clubs across the country over the next 12 months.
CLUBMAP is a recognised leader in community club support and education, having worked alongside sporting organisations and volunteer committees for more than a decade to strengthen community sport.
The partnership is designed to support clubs off the water by helping committees:
- Build stronger and more sustainable club structures
- Improve volunteer engagement and retention
- Enhance governance and club operations
- Create more opportunities for participation and future growth
To introduce the initiative, Paddle Australia recently hosted an introductory webinar outlining the program and opportunities available to affiliated clubs.
